RMA Procedures

  1. Complete this RMA Form with a description of the reason for return.
  2. You will receive an RMA number, or a reason for RMA denial.
  3. Only after you receive an RMA number, return your product(s) to Horner APG Canada
  4. Please write your RMA number on the outside of your shipping box (on the address line).

    Please provide a complete description of problem to assist in our diagnosis. If you have an application program in the unit you are returning to us, please make a backup copy before sending the unit in for repair. We cannot guarantee your program will be saved intact while doing the repair. If a failure analysis is requested there will be a $62.50 charge.
